What You’ll Be Doing

Depending on your experience and interests, you’ll work across a mix of:

• Property settlements
• Parenting matters
• Divorce and separation matters
• Financial agreements
• General family law advice and litigation

The role can be tailored to suit your strengths, whether your experience is weighted more towards property or parenting matters.

About You

• 2–5 years’ Family Law experience
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
• The ability to manage matters with increasing autonomy
• A desire to continue developing your technical expertise
