At ALRA, we want to have a positive social impact & believe that it’s very important for every company & individual who is able, to give back to the community in whatever way they can.

As a company, we ensure this by our “Top Biller Initiative”  where the Recruiter of the month chooses which charity we donate to for that month.

Since the program’s inception, we have donated to charities such as:

On an individual level, our consultants have participated in numerous charity events & fundraising including charity rides, runs, clean up days, school fundraisers & have been involved in initiatives like dressing up as Superheroes to cheer up sick kids at Children’s Hospitals.

We have also ensured that the company as a whole employs as many sustainability initiatives as possible in order to reduce our carbon footprint. A big part of this is our “remote-first” model which sees employees primarily working from home 5 days a week. Not having a dedicated office means little to no commuting and a big reduction in emissions through employee commuting.

We are a cloud-based, paperless company who encourages staff to minimise their waste where possible, grow their own food (which the various kids of people that work at this company definitely enjoy) and be mindful in the use of resources.
