• National CLM Specialist Consultancy (apprx 60 staff). 

Principal Environmental Scientist / Consultant to assume the leadership of the Victorian CLM team of a National specialist Contaminated Sites / Hazmat Consultancy.

This role is to lead the existing team & continue the growth path it is in within the Victorian market. There is plenty of opportunity for easy work referrals with EPA Auditors in the same office (who are always ferreting out opportunity).

They are looking for someone with leadership qualities, someone who can create a vision, develop a growth plan, and execute with the team fully supporting them. The current team is highly skilled but super technical. They are missing someone with a more commercial mindset that can take the driver’s seat and really drive strategic direction in Melbourne.

They’ve been doing extremely well without someone to drive leadership, so you’ll be walking into a great unit.

Typical Projects: 

• Contaminated Sites, Occupational Hygiene (Hazmat) services
• Clients include Energy, Waste, Schools VIC panel, Lawyers, ASX Listed Companies, Melbourne Airport etc

The Team:

• This Australian mid-sized Environmental consultancy is currently circa 60+ staff across 3 offices in NSW and VIC
• Skills to draw on are EPA Auditors, Toxicologists, Hydrogeologists, Geotechnical and Hazmat consultants.
• The VIC team you are taking charge of is just under 10 now with full license to grow.
