Statutory Valuation experience is some of the most diverse in the industry and can set you up for any number of career pathways. Here we have options with major corporates, big name internationals, specialist advisory groups and boutique valuation groups.

• Specialist training in litigation, development, advisory, compensation and rural
• Interstate scope – exposure to markets in TAS, SA and NSW
• Quality Assurance (QA) Compliance – Peer review, training / development / mentoring / management
• Advising institutional and high net worth clients on tax, compensation, development,
• Statutory valuations in compensation, council or rating & taxation
• Assets: Institutional CBD, government portfolio and council assets

Training & mentoring from some of the biggest Valuation profiles in Melbourne. Corporate heads and accomplished entrepreneurs.

Require: Commercial Valuation competence + CPV qualified.

Nice to have: Compensation, council / statutory or rating and taxing experience. Availability (ideally motivation) for some travel.

Salaries:

$140,000 + super to $100k + super.
