This is a rare opportunity to join a leading team in institutional and sexual abuse litigation. You will work closely with an exceptionally experienced Special Counsel, managing high-value personal injury matters, primarily in abuse cases and occasionally in medical negligence, that are setting precedent and shaping the legal landscape across Australia.
The team is highly skilled, and nationally recognized for its excellence in representing survivors. You will be joining a firm that has taken on major institutions and is leading the way in precedent-setting litigation. Their CBD office offers a hybrid working arrangement, so you can balance in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.
We are looking for a lawyer with at least five years’ PAE in personal injury law, with some exposure to abuse matters. You are passionate about representing survivors, capable of managing complex, high-value litigation, and eager to work on cases that truly matter.
