You’ll work across the full spectrum of employment law — from litigation and advisory through to transactional employment issues. The team’s work spans unfair dismissal, discrimination and general protections claims, enterprise bargaining, work health and safety investigations, and responses to regulators. You’ll also advise on corporate employment issues, workplace investigations, and executive employment arrangements for clients in sectors including health, sport, construction, banking, and education.

The team is collaborative and well-balanced, with multiple Partners recognised in major legal directories for their strength in both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. You’ll work directly with them on significant files while maintaining the autonomy to run your own matters and mentor junior lawyers. The Partners are known for their hands-on, approachable leadership style, offering guidance that accelerates both your technical and commercial development.
