The Role
- You’ll lead a team of 4 (1 Associate Director + 3 Seniors), overseeing day-to-day performance and helping shape the next generation of valuers.
- Mentor, train and motivate a capable team of residential valuers
- Oversee performance metrics including TAT, quality, quoting & financials
- Provide client liaison and leadership support across the region
- Manage your own portfolio of valuation work (strong fee potential)
- Embed systems, drive consistency and improve operational outcomes
- Contribute to leadership strategy and business planning
Your Team
You’ll work alongside a genuinely supportive QLD leadership team who back autonomy, communication and collaboration. The State Director is known for being hands-on, grounded, and passionate about helping his people succeed – the kind of leader most valuers want to work under.
With booking support and national systems behind you, you’ll have the freedom to focus on people, performance and delivery rather than admin and red tape.
Experience:
- Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) with 5+ years’ experience
- 2+ years’ leadership or mentoring experience (or ready to step up)
- Strong residential valuation capability across the Brisbane market
- Commercial acumen and client relationship skills
- Collaborative approach and a genuine interest in developing people
