- Non-mortgage valuations: investment, stamp duty and capital gains
- National scope – get off the road and broaden horizons/market knowledge
Property Valuer to step into a valuations position that is out of the box from your stock standard, tick and flick type of work.
This role joins a financial firm handling non-mortgage valuations for investment, stamp duty and capital gains with the purpose of building client’s SMSF nest eggs.
This means that you:
- Can get off the road – not having to drive non-stop to valuations.
- Work on a national scope allowing you to broaden your experience across markets.
- Get NONE of the lender stress in a normal valuations role.
More on the Role:
- Good mix of residential and commercial (largely residential)
- Lot of mortgage crossover – can train a good mortgage generalist
- Desktop valuation reports – teams of support staff for data, drafting, client advisory
- Seldom inspection required
- Office based – Southbank, Melbourne
- Organic growth – progression to team &/or technical leadership definitely on the cards for the right person.
Experience Required:
Generalist Valuation experience with around 5 years in a valuations firm. CPV qualified. QLD and WA certification support available.
