Aside from the typical high-rise residential & commercial transactions, here you will also be involved in an interesting mix of landmark developments and urban regeneration projects of public spaces around Australia, major hotels and resorts, $Bn+ hospital portfolios, large shopping centres, and build-to-rent / build-to-rent-(to-own) developments.

The practice has been designed to eliminate the vertical structures that traditionally separate legal specialisations within Property & Development transactions. This means that when you have carriage of a matter, you will have the latitude to run all aspects you feel comfortable doing for that transaction – so rather than wheeling out numerous specialists for your client to deal with on discrete components of your transaction (e.g., finance, planning, enviro, construction, tax etc.), here you will have the support to run it yourself, while having an open-door to experts in those other specialisations to bounce ideas off in an unofficial manner.
