You’ll work across sensitive parenting disputes, high-conflict family dynamics, and complex asset pools that can include business interests, international elements and intricate financial structures. Most lawyers spend around three days in the office, with hybrid arrangements evolving naturally. Billable expectations are deliberately sustainable, typically around 4–6 hours per day depending on experience.
