Director – Commercial Valuations in Brisbane is a genuine seat-at-the-table opportunity within a nationally recognised Valuation and Property Advisory firm. This is not a salaried Director title with no substance behind it. This is structured progression into equity, profit share separate to fee write, and real influence over local and national strategy.

You step into an established Commercial division with strong banking panels, developers, funds and trust relationships already in place. You’re not building from zero — you’re accelerating something that already has momentum.

The Role

You take ownership of the Brisbane Commercial Valuations function with a mandate to grow, shape and lead.

  • Lead and grow the Commercial Valuations department in Brisbane
  • Leverage existing bank panel appointments and warm client relationships
  • Focus predominantly on mortgage middle-market work (better balance than institutional grind)
  • Earn commissions on your fee write PLUS dividends via profit share
  • Contribute to local and national strategic decisions as a shareholder
  • Work alongside respected industry leaders across Commercial Office, Residential & Mixed-Use Development, Industrial, Retail and specialised going concern assets
  • Operate within a structure that includes dedicated Compliance and QA protecting valuers and maintaining standards

This is about building enterprise value, not just billing.

Who You’ll Work With

The Brisbane team is experienced, commercially sharp and collaborative. Senior valuers with 15–20+ years in market. People who know the banks, know the developers, and know how to win and retain work.

Nationally, you’re backed by a collegiate east coast network of valuation professionals. There’s no internal politics or silo mentality. You’ll have autonomy locally, with support nationally.

This suits someone who is commercially confident, relationship-driven and ready to stop asking for permission.

What You’ll Bring

  • CPV qualified with strong Commercial Valuations market credibility
  • Existing bank panel appointments and/or strong lender relationships
  • Proven Commercial fee base and client network in Brisbane
  • Leadership capability – or clear desire to step into it
  • Commercial mindset with interest in equity and long-term growth

Salary $180,000 – $230,000 + Commissions + Profit Share (equity pathway structured and discussed upfront).
