  • CBD Offices, but flexible working arrangements.
  • $90,000 – $120,000 + Bonuses (40% >2.5x).

Commercial Valuer to take a newly created role within a growing valuations firm. This position has been created due to the continuous organic growth this firm has experienced through their high quality output and strong panel relationships in both Commercial & Industrial.

The Role:

  • Commercial Mortgage: offices, industrial and retail valuations for primarily bank panels.
  • This is quite a strategically important role for the firm as currently the main breadwinners are handling too much delivery. This role will free up their time to keep bringing in great work for the firm.
  • Specialisation training available into Compensation & Developments + working closely with an expert in Residential Developments / Going Concerns.
  • Plenty of scope to choose a specialisation to transition to in the future. Their experience & scopes of work runs across Commercial, Industrial, Retail, Residential Developments, Institutional, Compulsory Acquisitions, Development Finance, Residential, Prestige, Litigation and more.
  • Working with an incredibly experienced team with the NSW Lead of incredible pedigree within Banking & Government.
  • Strong review and technical delivery team.

This is a highly professional team with a diversity of background experience to learn from. They’re looking for someone who enjoys working at that higher level, with big name clients and is eager to learn.

Experience:

Due to the work you’d be managing, CPV qualified is required (but can be a new qualification). Ideally around 5 years Commercial experience but flexible.
