High-end boutique commercial litigation and insolvency firm, made up of ex-top-tier and major national mid-tier Partners with an excellent pedigree. They naturally have their own commercial and HNW clients, but have also positioned themselves in a unique part of the market; leveraging their litigation-specialist offering, they have developed strong relationships with several tier-one firms who refer matters that they are conflicted out of (and don’t want to refer to competing full-service firms).

The firm has a younger culture with Partners all in their 30s and 40s. Role is working across all the Partners, not siloed to one.

Acting for shareholders, property developers, HNW family groups on various types of commercial disputes, ASIC enforcements, and insolvency matters.

Insolvency is not a core requirement – they have it if you want it, but there are others who can do it if you don’t want to.
The ideal person will naturally be someone who loves being a Lawyer, doing litigation work and talking with clients. But this is a growing firm and we are also  looking for someone who wants more out of a job; someone who wants a seat at the table, to be involved in decision-making for the firm, and interest in being an owner.
