You’ll advise on merger clearances and competition law matters for a first-rate client base, including private equity funds, corporates, and founder-led businesses. The work is diverse and intellectually stimulating — from merger notifications and ACCC investigations to compliance, enforcement proceedings, and competition aspects of major transactions.

You’ll also support strategic corporate deals and restructures across a broad range of industries, gaining direct exposure to sophisticated clients and cross-practice collaboration with the firm’s leading corporate and M&A lawyers. You’ll refine your technical expertise and commercial judgment through hands-on mentoring.
