As an Associate Director – Commercial Valuations, you’ll take ownership of the Northern Sydney market across the North Shore and Northern Beaches, leading a team of two while managing your own strong fee base (approx. $350k immediately available).

This is a genuine progression role, supported by senior leadership who will help you refine your BD,

profile-building, and client management capability – the key levers to move your income up long term.

The Role:

• Deliver a steady mix of Commercial Mortgage valuations (Office, Industrial & Retail)
• 20% non-mortgage & specialist advisory valuations
• Liaise directly with Business Banking Centres, Solicitors, Accountants & Agents
• Manage, coach & review work for a competent CPV and an eager Junior Valuer
• Report directly to the NSW Commercial Director with State & National support
• Exposure to CBD projects, specialist going concerns & high-value clients
• Cloud-based, fully integrated reporting system – no more manual templates
• Dedicated admin team handling registrations, zoning, titles & research
• Shared Assistant Valuer resources to streamline delivery
• Interviewing now for a January 2026 start
