Around 80% of your work will sit in property and financial matters, with the balance in parenting – enough variety to keep things interesting, without diluting your expertise.
At Special Counsel level, you’re often told to “build your practice” before you’ve even found the coffee machine. Not here. There’s a strong pipeline of quality work ready for you from day one. If business development is your thing, you’ll be rewarded for it. If it’s not, you’ll still be busy with the kind of matters that justify your experience.
You’ll run your files with genuine autonomy, backed by solid admin and paralegal support, and a leadership team that understands the difference between oversight and interference. The workload is structured to be sustainable, around five billable hours a day, because burnout doesn’t produce good outcomes for clients or lawyers.
