As an Associate Director – Commercial Valuations, you’ll take ownership of a defined Sydney patch (South, West or East – aligned to where you’re strongest), managing your own strong fee base (approx. $350k immediately available).

This is a genuine progression role for a commercially minded Senior Valuer ready to lift their profile, increase earnings and broaden their exposure — without being forced into a heavy leadership mandate unless that’s something you actually want.

The Role:

• Deliver a steady mix of Commercial Mortgage valuations (Office, Industrial & Retail)
• 20% non-mortgage & specialist advisory valuations
• Liaise directly with Business Banking Centres, Solicitors, Accountants & Agents
• Manage your own client relationships and grow your referral network
• Optional mentoring of junior valuers if leadership appeals to you
• Report directly to the NSW Commercial Director with State & National backing
• Exposure to CBD assets, specialist going concerns & higher-value instructions
• Cloud-based, fully integrated reporting system – no more manual templates
• Dedicated admin team handling registrations, zoning, titles & research
• Shared Assistant Valuer resources to streamline delivery

This will suit an experienced Senior Valuer ready to step into Associate Director level without being buried in management. You’ll still be on the tools, still earning well, but with clear runway to grow income and influence at your pace.
