The role sits within a large, established property development team that is widely recognised for its depth in Victorian development work and its ability to deliver end-to-end advice. The practice works closely with leading listed and private developers, funds and institutional clients, advising from site acquisition through to delivery across residential, commercial, retail and industrial developments. The work is sophisticated, fast-moving and genuinely commercial, with strong exposure to the broader development framework and evolving regulatory environment.

You will be involved in a broad mix of property transactions and development matters, with the opportunity to build hands-on experience across acquisitions, structuring, project delivery and related advisory work. The team operates in a genuinely collaborative way, working closely with specialists across construction, tax and finance to support complex projects and major transactions.

This role will suit a lawyer with solid grounding in property law who is keen to develop deeper expertise in property development work. Prior development exposure is helpful but not essential if you are motivated to build a long-term practice in this space. You will enjoy working as part of a large, high-performing team, thrive in a busy environment and take pride in producing high-quality work with attention to detail.
