As a Senior Environmental Scientist / Planner in Brisbane, join a consultancy delivering high-profile environmental impact assessments and approvals across Queensland. You’ll work on some of the state’s most significant projects – from Olympic venues to major gas pipelines and transport networks – all while still in a boutique where your work is visible, valued and backed by hands-on Principals.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for shaping and delivering environmental approvals packages for projects that will define QLD’s infrastructure pipeline.

• Lead and contribute to Environmental Impact Assessments (state and federal level)
• Prepare EPBC referrals and manage approvals pathways
• Deliver assessments for major gas pipelines, transport corridors and Olympic facilities
• Liaise with regulators, government and project partners to keep approvals on track
• Mentor and collaborate with juniors and peers across ecology, planning and geospatial

What You’ll Bring

• Solid background in environmental science or planning (7–12 years ideal)
• Experience with EIS, impact assessments, state and federal approvals
