Senior Commercial Valuer / Associate Director stepping into a business that’s already winning high-fee, complex work faster than the current team can deliver.
This isn’t a slow build or a “maybe in a few years” play. The QLD office has launched hard, backed by an established East Coast presence, and is already pulling in a mix of standard mortgage work alongside more interesting, higher-value instructions across childcare, SDA, litigation, compensation and compulsory acquisition.
You’ll have a steady foundation of commercial mortgage valuations to keep volume consistent, while also getting exposure to the kind of work that actually sharpens your thinking and builds your profile in the market.
The Role
You’ll be part of a small, high-performing team delivering across a wide spread of asset classes, balancing volume work with more complex advisory-style valuations.
- Deliver commercial mortgage valuations across office, industrial and strata assets
- Take on specialised work across childcare, SDA, litigation and compulsory acquisition
- Support and contribute to compensation and advisory-style valuation projects
- Manage your own portfolio of work with autonomy and flexibility
- Work closely with the Director on complex instructions and client outcomes
- Build capability across both volume and specialist valuation work

You’ll be working directly with a QLD Director who has a reputation for building strong, engaged teams and creating environments where people actually enjoy the work.
He was the clear succession plan in a major national firm, but chose to step away and build something with more control, more upside and a better culture. That approach flows through the team – no bureaucracy, no layers, just good people doing quality work.
Backed by a broader East Coast platform, you’re not starting from scratch, but you’ll still feel the momentum of a business being built properly.
What You’ll Bring
- Certified Practising Valuer (or working towards)
- Experience across commercial property valuations
- Interest or exposure to specialised valuation work (litigation, SDA, childcare etc.)
Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 + super + bonus + profit share pathway
