CPV Valuer to join the Penrith team of a top-tier Australian Valuations firm who have fantastic levels of work to offer (as many jobs as you can get through) with great bonuses & thresholds to match.  This patch is Penrith & takes advantage of the big volumes of work they have on offer.

The Role:

• Local patch, Residential Mortgage & Non-Mortgage (doesn’t extent to Blue Mountains, so no crazy amounts of travel – more than enough work in Penrith & surrounds) + Exposure to Developments.
• Automated reporting technology – widely accepted as one of the best systems in Australia – Valuer developed & fine tuned.
• Local team + team lead you can interact with & receive support from.
• Strong big bank panel relationships and volume – up to 80% for some banks.
• Admin support including full Bookings team, Marketing, QA / Compliance.
• Strong Learning & Development Program, full progression available through to Team Lead, Associate Director & Director.
