As an Associate Director in Residential Valuations, this is your opportunity to step up — whether that means taking on leadership for the first time or honing your skills under one of the most respected valuation leaders in the industry.

There’s a massive volume of residential work here, and they simply can’t service it all. The leadership team is expanding to make sure delivery keeps pace with demand. You’ll lead a team of around six within a larger group of 25, managing workflow, quality, and client outcomes — while still maintaining a strong personal fee base.

This is genuine succession planning. The right person here will be mentored into a future Metro Director position over time.

The Role

You’ll sit within one of the largest and best-supported residential valuation operations in the state, backed by admin and booking support so you can focus on people and performance.

• Lead a sub-team of valuers within the greater Brisbane division
• Balance leadership, workflow management & personal billings
• Receive direct mentoring from senior leadership with proven success
• Play a key role in succession planning for future Metro leadership
• Assist in onboarding, training, and performance management of valuers
• Manage client relationships and quality assurance across your group
• Step into a structure with more work than they can currently service

What You’ll Bring

• Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) with 5+ years’ experience
• Demonstrated technical strength across residential valuations
• Leadership or mentoring interest (training & development available)
• Collaborative communication style and commercial focus
• Drive to build your own leadership capability and progress to Director
