Experience

Robyn has over 12 years’ recruitment experience in the UK and Australia across legal, Risk 7 Compliance and Engineering.  With a passion for people and a commitment to excellence, she has a long history of building strong relationships and providing exceptional recruitment services. She has worked with start-ups, boutique firms and global top tiers.

The main tale.

Growing up in a country town in the southwest of England, one of Robyn’s most vivid childhood memories is riding a donkey called Lucky on the nearest beach (which was more mud than sand). Now living in Australia, the beaches are very different, but she was happy as larry – especially when the outing was followed by playing the 1 penny slot machines & ice cream.

Working in the Recruitment sector was a no brainer for Robyn as she truly believes in leaving everyone she encounters better off than when they met and the people aspect of recruitment allows her full reign to do this.

She enjoys the satisfaction of helping someone secure a new role & finds fulfillment in providing value that candidates might not have been able to achieve on their own. A major part of this for Robyn is being completely honest & construction – even if that means telling someone a truth they may not want to hear.

She extends this truth to herself with one of the biggest lessons she’s learned in life being that everyone sees the world through their own unique perspective. This has taught he not to take things personally and to approach interactions with empathy and an open mind.

Stories for another time…

Ask her about:

  • Being a dancer & currently studying dance therapy & somatic movement.
  • Falling flat on her butt in a tap dance competition and still winning first place (it’s about how you handle the challenge rather than the challenge itself).
  • Her love of books & reading (hit her up for recommendations!).
