Your Role:
- Drafting Wills, Powers of Attorney, and estate planning documents
- Advising clients, executors, and beneficiaries on probate grants and estate administration
- Assisting with estate disputes and litigation matters
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 + years post-admission experience in Wills & Estates law
- Strong technical skills and commercial acumen
- A sharp eye for detail and a knack for solving problems
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
