VIC Ecology Manager to lead and grow a well-established environmental consultancy’s Victorian team. With a strong reputation in the industry and a focus on delivering high-quality ecological services, this role is key to driving business growth and managing a high-performing team.

The Role:

  • Lead and manage a team of nine, with plans to expand to 15+.
  • Oversee a mix of flora and fauna projects, with a strong focus on monitoring and restoration.
  • Hybrid role coordinating staff, managing clients, quoting, and project scoping.
  • Major government and private clients, benefiting from strong repeat business.
  • Projects primarily based in Melbourne metro and surrounding areas, with minimal travel.
  • Access to an experienced field crew who support consultants as required.

Salary & Benefits:
