Valuer or Senior Valuer to join the Melbourne team of a Global Property Advisory firm in their thriving Acquisition (Compensation / Compulsory Acquisition) & Litigation division.

The Valuation Work: 

• Compensation work – Compulsory acquisition for infrastructure and major projects across VIC, act on behalf of Government and landowners.
• Litigation – negotiation for acquisition (no family law), rental disputes, acquisition, Government departments looking to acquire parcels of land, expert evidence – sometimes including objections.
• Associated work might include greenfield & englobo, brownfield projects & some across offices, residential & retail.

Who they’re looking for?

It is not a dealbreaker for the hiring Manager if you don’t currently have compensation / litigation experience. They are happy to train you on the legal side. They do need you to come from a strong Commercially trained background (ideally 3-7 years exp) with a willingness to make a change & learn a specialised niche.

$90,000 – $120,000 depending on experience.
