Valuations Manager / Associate Director to lead the Richmond / Hawkesbury branch of a National Australian Valuations & Advisory firm.

With full support of the national business (including QA /  Compliance), this is an opportunity to sink your teeth into an already performing office & take it to new levels.

The Role: 

• Team of 4
• Valuations across Residential, Prestige, Development, Family law & Expert witness
• Manage the division, budget, balance the fees and development and everyone wins.
• Keeping a hand on the tools and driving the team from the front
• Efficiencies include Industry leading Automated Valuation Report / IT systems and Admin Booking Team
• Management training / courses and Leadership Team support
• Handle the biggest and most complex work = highest fees
• Management experience and BD capability highly regarded.

Efficiencies include Industry leading Automated Valuation Report / IT systems and Admin Booking Team + assistance with QA / Compliance. The national team also ensures their regional offices never feel siloed with management training, courses & leadership team support.
