Senior Manager in Business Services for a leading national firm who are proud of not just the culture they’ve built, but the progression opportunities that they can offer their staff.

The Role:

• This is a leadership position that will give you the opportunity to showcase your abilities in successfully getting the most out of junior staff.
• Regular discussions with Directors about your career and how you can be best supported to achieve not just your goals, but also gain exposure to the types of work you want (including secondment opportunities to other divisions).

Clients:

• As a mid-tier firm, you can expect to manage an interesting portfolio of clients including big brand SA businesses.
• The Directors actively try to tailor clients to the persons interests and where they want to progress.
• While you will manage the compliance work your technical skills will be utilised on the more technical consulting work (particularly tax advice) that the businesses you deal with require.
