Ecology & Environmental Planning Consultancy in Fortitude Valley. Servicing Renewable Energy Developers, Property Developers and Industry.

Office of 20 staff and growing.

We need someone to:

• Team Lead GIS (1 other) and grow organically off back of projects coming in
• Mentor and coach – So need someone keen to be present in office most of the time.
• Ecology projects for Renewables and Industrial / Residential Development (50/50 split)
• This is a Quantum GIS role. This experience is required.

The exciting part about this role is helping to build solutions for existing clients, with a particular focus on the Ecological Offset Sites market. Essentially, new developments need to offset their ecological impacts and identifying these sites requires a tonne of geospatially driven criteria.

We want you to help run queries and build models to identify sites that meet this criteria, filter out sites that don’t and provide clarity for clients.

Great leadership team in place. Great clients and work ready to go. We just need a capable set of hands to lead this out.

Requirements:

• QGIS experience
• Desire to lead an existing GIS consultant and grow team
• Python experience useful
