Valuations Director in Residential to lead the Newcastle Residential team, reporting into the NSW Director for a top-tier Australian Valuations firm.

With full support of the national business, this is an opportunity to sink your teeth into an already performing office & take it to new levels.

The Role: 

• Lead a team of 8; with a 2IC for operational and technical support
• Manage the division, budget, balance the fees and development and everyone wins
• Keeping a hand on the tools and driving the team from the front
• Handle the biggest and most complex work = highest fees
• Management experience and BD capability highly regarded

Efficiencies include Industry leading Automated Valuation Report / IT systems and Admin Booking Team + assistance with QA / Compliance. The national team also ensures their regional offices never feel siloed with management training, courses & leadership team support.
