The Role

Comprising work from a variety of Australian and international insurers, government panels and London Syndicates, the team is experienced in dealing with Indemnity issues for a wide range of professionals including accountants, financial planners, administrators, medical professionals, engineers, building surveyors and builders/contractors.

From a technical perspective, the team has recently increased its market share of Professional Indemnity, D&O and Financial Lines work. So there are a few options for how this role can evolve depending on your skillset and desired area of specialisation: either you can take on a more building/construction sector focussed practice (freeing up existing staff to handle the financial work), you can take on the financial sector work, or do a mix of both.

The Team

The two Partners that this position reports to have received several industry awards in the Insurance space and have an approachable and warm leadership style, giving you the autonomy to run your own files. This position will be working alongside a team of over 25 FinLines and Profind Lawyers in Melbourne.
