Insolvency Supervisor for a position that offers a clear progression path, with the aim of bringing on more junior staff underneath you in the short-term. As they continue to hire at the junior level, you will be given the opportunity to progress into management.

You can be confident that you will develop technically at this national firm as they have effective training systems in place, which have seen them develop strong Accountants. Their training is very structured, and they have sessions every month. This includes targeted lessons, market updates, meetings with lawyers and external seminars.

The Partners are strong at marketing and will give you the opportunity to join them with clients and marketing appointments so that you can develop your skills in this area. The role will be focused on formal insolvencies in the SME space but there is opportunity to get involved in bankruptcy if this is something that interests you.

There are administrative staff in place to handle all the repetitive and time-consuming work, so that you and the staff that report to you are only involved in the more complex and interesting aspects of jobs.

The culture of the team is flexible and supportive and the Directors you will work with are pleasant personalities who can teach you a lot having experience across a multitude of engagements.

Seeking 4 + years insolvency experience.
