Director – Commercial Office Valuations (Middle Market and Institutional) to join one of Melbourne’s own – an Australia wide Valuations firm that spread its roots in the Melbourne market before successfully branching out.

The Position:

• Middle market up to $50M and Institutional $50M-$100M
• Metro Melbourne patch – current pipeline of work for Inner East & South, open slather on expansion North and West
• True Advisory opportunity supported by research, analytics and planning divisions
• Would welcome a team & can provide an Assistant to this role immediately
• Full support of the Board and National Heads of Commercial & Valuations & Risk Compliance
• This is an operating desk of mortgage panels and private clients
• Leverage relationships (local & national) and expertise from strong business units in Development, Industrial, Retail and Special Use Asset Valuations
• $170K – $200K (more subject to experience) + bonus + benefits

If you’re not quite at the Director level but are looking to get to it, they are very happy to consider an experienced Associate Director to build a career pathway to Director (salary for an AD would be between $140-$170 + bonuses + benefits).
