Director or Associate Director in Commercial Valuations to join the Middle Markets team of an International Property & Advisory firm that’s a household name.

As a company, they do a lot to support their leaders from the top-down including touch points with executive management & frequent leadership & operational training.

The Role:

Depending on whether you step in as an Associate Director & be trained to Director or begin in the Director role, you will oversee the Melbourne Middle Markets Commercial team – across retail, industrial & development properties.

• Valuations typical cover: mortgage, litigation support & expert witness, taxation, acquisitions & disposals & asset management.
• Ideally bringing work or strong panel familiarity (want to know the Panel managers at the banks recognise them for commercial work)

Experience:

Ideally 8+ years in Commercial Valuations + AAPI.
