Commercial Valuer / Senior to join a Multidisciplinary International Property firm handling Non-Mortgage & Advisory work.

This role could work for 2 types of Valuer.

1. A newly qualified Commercial Valuer looking to train & develop under one of the best teams in this space.
2. An experienced Senior looking to specialise & consult direct to clients – building their name in the market with progression to team or technical leadership.

Depending on where your experience falls, this role will be tailored to your experience & where you’d like to take your career.

The Valuations / Advisory Work:

• Commercial generalist valuing Commercial Office, Industrial, Retail, Development and Specialised Assets
• Non mortgage, financial reporting, statutory, corporate advisory and market value.
• Low risk – high fees
• Clients are a mix of corporates, government departments, developers, Funds & REITS

You’ll join a strong team of 10, led by a top 5 industry name in this space + other profiles whose specialty experience is sought after. The kind of corporate advisory this team offers unlocks opportunities in Funds, Developers and Big 4 Advisory.

Salary:

• $130,000 – $108,000 + bonus / commissions
• Choice between salaried role and commission based.
