The Partner you would be reporting to is regarded as one of Australia’s leading practitioners in both Professional Indemnity and Cyber – he is also a lovely person to work with, has an open and collaborative style, and encourages flexible working practices.

The primary need is for a 2–4 year PQE Lawyer or Associate with experience in Professional Indemnity. You will be representing professionals in litigation across a range of industries including law, IT, medical, accounting & finance, insurance, property and construction. Clients include major Australian and London market insurers and syndicates.

The plan is to build on your skills and experience in professional indemnity, financial lines and D&O matters – while also training you in cyber security, privacy, and IT liability. Having some experience in Cyber would obviously be very welcomed, but we are happy to provide training and mentoring to a Lawyer who is keen to develop in this area.
