The team advises on the highest profile and most complex disputes in Australia. This is a multi-partner practice with diversity of experience and specialisations, and you will be exposed to a range of insolvency & reconstruction, corporate governance, regulatory, competition, takeovers, and building & construction related litigations.

This unique opportunity will suit someone interested in working closely with the Litigation Partners and directly with clients on complex, large-scale bet-the-company litigations.

About You

You have strong knowledge of commercial litigation disputes, with a minimum of 4 years PAE gained in a highly-reputed firm or in-house environment; this can be either in Australia or overseas.

You have experience managing effective relationships with a broad range of clients, and the ability to delegate to and supervise junior lawyers.
