On any one day you could be working on a partnership or shareholder agreement, a corporate M&A deal, a restructure of a network of medical practices, drafting of services contracts, IP and trademark matters, property transactions or lease agreements.

They also provide a retained outsourced-in-house legal function for some clients, and this is a good opportunity for a Lawyer who wants more involvement in broader commercial aspects of the business.
