As an Associate in this team, you’ll be acting for high-profile clients on significant matters, including regulatory investigations, $100m+ commercial disputes, white-collar crime, and class actions.

The Role

You’ll be expected to take a proactive role in complex litigation management, gaining exposure to all stages of the DR process, including:

• Regulatory Investigations & Prosecutions: Insider trading, ACCC/ASIC investigations, and civil penalty proceedings.
• White-collar Crime: High-profile fraud and corruption matters, including IBAC investigations.
• Commercial Disputes: Large-scale shareholder disputes, post-acquisition fraud claims, and complex contract disputes with multinational corporations.
• Insolvency & Restructuring: Schemes of arrangement and warranty/indemnity insurance litigation.
• Royal Commissions: Significant investigations, including those involving the casino industry and other major sectors.
• Environmental Litigation: Complex environmental matters in the Supreme Court, Federal Court, and High Court.
