2x Director level positions for Specialised / Alternate Asset Valuations Directors in Melbourne for an Australia (& Melbourne founded) firm with a reputation for their work in niche areas.

These roles are great options if you work in a Big 4 Advisory or Owner Operator handling generalist valuation / corporate advisory asset work (REITs, Blue Chip Client Portfolios, Funds etc) but want to specialise into these real estate spaces.

You can step into a Director role & be handed a team + full book of work.

ROLE 1: Director: Hospitality / Hotels 

• Partnering with a longstanding Director.
• Servicing a full national book of clients who are ramping up.
• Opportunity to build a team underneath you (the work is there).
• Hotels – including some major, national & international hotel chains, Pubs and Clubs, Accommodation.
• Advisory & Private client work
• Melbourne CBD Based. Tied in with the National Strategic team of Directors.
• $180,000 – $200,000 + bonuses + phone + allowances

They are also happy to take an experienced AD and provide a short-term runway through to Director level.

ROLE 2: Director: Medical / Healthcare / Childcare

• Small team of experienced specialists in Childcare / medical.
• Inheriting a full book of clients.
• They have work pouring in which is currently covered by other staff who aren’t specialists so there is scope to hire more into your team.
• Primarily private and mortgage with some institutional across childcare and medical centres (as opposed to large hospitals).
• There is appetite for expansion of this specialisation, including on a national basis (currently have a team handling this in Brisbane as well).
• $180,000 – $200,000 + bonuses + phone + allowances
